Description

EasyUp is an award-winning consumer digital savings tool. My contributions to this project included revisioning user flows and designs after the product's MVP launch. 

My role: UX Designer

• Conducted user interviews with EasyUp pilot users to better understand the challenges they faced with the MVP version of the tool launched. 
• Created personas and workflows for complex scenarios after opening the tool up to users of joint baking accounts. 
• Redesigned the MVP version of the tool to include options for users to customize and pause their settings
• Worked with UX writers, product owner, and development team in an agile sprint cycle.
